Read directions carefully for submissions and due dates.
1. Finish & turn in your Reconstruction Comic Strip (from Friday). Turn these in to the basket on top of the refrigerator with your name on it! This is due by the end of class today (March 5th).
2. Next, work through the Reconstruction webquest. Download in Adobe Reader. You can CHOOSE to type your responses through Adobe Reader OR write your answers on notebook paper. You should submit your responses, regardless of format in Schoology when complete. The assignment is posted as Reconstruction Webquest. This is due by the end of class Tuesday, March 6th.
3. When you finish both assignments, and both are submitted/turned in, study for your 50 states test on Friday. Remember, in order to use Sheppard Software, you need to go through Puffin Academy and search for it. This will help you study at a level that is good for you depending on your confidence with the states.

U.S. Physical Features, World Continents and Oceans Quiz - Thursday, March 8th
50 States Test #1 - Friday, March 9th
Tuesday, March 6, 2018
1. If you didn’t finish some work from Monday, that should be your first priority. Both the comic strip AND web quest should be turned in TODAY!
2. Once you have turned in their Reconstruction comic strip and webquest, you should continue with the next assignment.
3. Today, you will switch gears a bit to Industrialization, Urbanization, and Immigration.
First, you will watch a PlayPosit on the period. It is posted in Schoology under the title Industrialization, Urbanization, and Immigration. If you don’t do well, you can retake it to improve their score. If you get messages that say your score isn’t saved, screenshot your score and send it to me via Schoology message.
4. Once you complete the PlayPosit, you should begin studying the Inventions of the Industrial Age. You should reach each of the passages to find the appropriate information. Answer each of the questions about the invention AND create an illustration for the invention.
This assignment is posted in Schoology, not on my website, because of copyright purposes. Download it in Adobe Reader if you want to complete it digitally OR recreate the information on notebook paper, take pictures and submit in Schoology.
If you finish both the PlayPosit and the Inventions of the Industrial Age graphic organizer, you can study for their physical feature quiz (U.S. and continents/oceans of the world) on Thursday or the states quiz on Friday.
